DESCRIPTION
“Enduring Creative Expressions”
Chabot Fine Art Gallery represents contemporary international, national and local artists. The gallery exhibits works that will certainly inspire both the collector and the novice without constricting itself to a particular style or genre. Founded by well-known artist Lee Chabot and his wife Chris in June 2008, the gallery brings enduring creative expressions to all who visit with sophisticated artistically designed mixed media including oils, acrylics, watercolors, glass, photography and sculpture.

Chabot’s work is permanently displayed at the gallery and to view Chabot’s paintings is to experience the emotions of the subject matter, or to recognize oneself in the midst of the action or serenity of the study. His colorful palette is superb in its beauty and skill.

Chabot Fine Art Gallery is “going green”! It will be opening its enclosed sculpture garden and charming courtyard in the Spring of 2009. The garden will consist of sculpture, water, trees, and other floral arrangements that fit perfectly into a confined city space. It will be the perfect place to enjoy the warmer days and evenings while reflecting upon an array of artful delights found in the courtyard.

Hours are: Tuesday-Thursday 12-6pm., Friday-Saturday 12-8pm., by appointment and by chance. Chabot Fine Art Gallery is handicap accessible, tax-free and a member of various local organizations including Gallery Night Providence, The Providence Warwick Convention Visitors Bureau, and The Federal Hill Commerce Association.
